WHAT

Consulting is different from counseling in several ways.  We do not approach it from a mental health perspective; we approach it from a solution-focused perspective depending on your goals.  This service can be in addition to EAP services you receive from your employer.  I was a people manager for 10 years and worked closely with leaders at Medtronic, and now Solventum.  I come well-equipped to support you and your team.

RATE

• $300 an hour
